Currently, I am an administrator at Eagle Valley High School in Gypsum, Colorado and Educational Technology Instructional Coach for Eagle County Schools. The Vail/Eagle River Valley here in Eagle County is one of the most beautiful places in the country and an incredible community for my family to live. We enjoy snowboarding/skiing in the winter and fishing, camping, and hiking in the summer. I post pictures from the area sometimes on my flickr site so feel free to check them out.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Education from Pittsburg State University in 1995. In 2006, I completed my Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership through the University of Northern Colorado. I hold both a current Professional Teacher license and a Professional Principal license within the state of Colorado. Having over 15 years of experience in education as a certified teacher and 3 years as an administrator, I am more enthusiastic about leading, learning, and learners than ever. Just this year I have presented at the Florida Educational Technology Conference, attended the International Society for Technology in Education conference, participated in the Tointon Principal Leadership Academy, and attended the Colorado Association of School Executives convention.
